Be it messaging, calling, remote screen share, UI and UX, file management, group audio-video calling, developer-friendly collaboration features, etc. All have extended abilities to their basic versions. When it comes to security features, it offers multi-layer access control protection to its users.

    It offers a good number of productive features to save time when the users collaborate with other team members of the company. Syncs messages and calls uniformly across desktop, mobile, and the web.
    Supports the service models of SaaS, On-Premise, Chat API, Custom Application, On-Premise Chat API server.It allows users to change wallpapers on their chat background.
    The quick response panel of the chat type area stores the recently shared files and allows the users to pick from them and quickly share them across 1:1 and group chats.

    In usability, I will give Troop Messenger 10 out of 10. The integration of the video conference is my favorite. The private chat is also quite useful. Its mobile app work hassle-free.
