    TruckSpy is very easy to use. TruckSpy offers immediate feedback from the coach to the driver. It is easy to review current events and find events when needed. TruckSpy does not give many erroneous events. For example, following distance is always correct etc.

    I have participated in a project that has been a user for years. Every time we reached support for a question, we had prompt and satisfactory support. I am anxious to see where it is heading in the next years.

    The solution is great. The only suggestion I can make to improve it, even more, is that TruckSpy could use a more intuitive interface, especially in the graphics and reports. Build a knowledge base with videos and an interactive content library. A product roadmap where users could make suggestions would be great too.
