    Generally - I'm very happy with Twilio. Yes, I wish error handling was faster and more intuitive. But since errors are highly infrequent, that's not a deal-breaker.

    The Zapier-Twilio interface is a good one, and makes sending MMS and SMS messages very easy. The general UX for Twilio is OK, too.

    Negative

    The problem comes when there's a messaging error. The error notification can be a long time in coming, and not particularly informative. Even if you drill down to the data dispatched to Twilio, the error codes aren't very informative.

    Twilio's the only text sending service I know of for automated SMS messaging within apps and thus far I'm pretty happy with it.
