Overall we have a great experience with UZIO. It's been almost a year now and we have not faced any issues. Their customer support is also amazing. We evaluated a few other platforms like Gusto, but UZIO has been very user friendly and cost effective.

The UZIO platform is so easy to use, that we have been loving Payroll processing. It was earlier the most time consuming task for us but with UZIO we are able to manage things very easily.

It was the custom reports but in their recent product updates, even that has been taken care of. So we are just loving it even more!

Overall we have great experience with UZIO and their team. Their payroll platform has made our monthly stuff so amazing.

UZIO's platform is really a problem solver for us. Their customer service team is amazing. We use Payroll feature and our manual tasks are all gone now.

I switched from another vendor, where I was paying soooo much for every payroll I run, but with UZIO there is no hidden cost and we pay only per employee.. Woah! Also the portal is easy to use and if anywhere you get stuck, you have their amazing support team. Overall we are happy with UZIO.

The most important benefit is of running any number of payroll without paying extra amount, second is definitely it is pocket friendly and last but very important it is very easy to use.

I have not encountered any so far. We get everything we require at the moment.

Finding important docs, open enrollment, and benefit information is so easy to find and interface is easy to use!

Mobile app and website is hard to navigate and not as user friendly as browser.

Overall, its a good experience using UZIO. I was paying too much to another vendor since they were charging on each payroll I run. UZIO is easy to use pocket friendly tool.

The best part of the platform is it is fully integrated platform, then their customer service is amazing and finally the Pricing is something you would like to boost about. They don't have any hidden cost for any number of payrolls you run.

I don't think I need anything extra apart from the feature I am receiving from them. I am fine so far.
