    Summary

    It is rudimentary...I needed a tool for my online afterschool business and I was introduced to this application which was easy to learn etc...Zoom at the time seemed complicated.

    Simple and uncluttered user interface.
    Easy to setup.
    Breakout rooms tools promoted collaboration between the students.
    Virtual class room ability.
    Stability of platform.
    Great- amazing support- email only.

    Negative

    No one button erasing of whiteboard or text board.
    Clumsy whiteboard and text tools.
    Video and document upload type -limited.
    Expensive to add other hosts.
    More expensive than zoom.
    Need to improve interface.
