    I like exactly how Usertesting takes customer feedback and also implements adjustments to the item to make it more user friendly. I look like a valuable customer to them. In addition, it is a very quick and easy way to get answers to help educate training courses or next steps.

    Negative

    The product is expensive. Also, not all features are as easy to use as I would like them to be. Therefore, it may take even longer than necessary to establish a test, due to the fact that there are not as many shortcuts available yet. Still, they listen to customers and implement changes quickly.
