    Summary

    the combination of greater insight into our system and ready support has made my company a happy customer.

    Positive

    easy to use with a well designed UI. Biggest benefit to my team was the visibility into all of the dependencies involved in our applications. we were flying blind before we started with Virima.

    Negative

    all of the issues that we ran into were resolved fairly quickly with help from support so I cant pinpoint real cons for what we are using it for.
