    All in all, I’m pretty happy with Voyced and would definitely recommend it for other small business owners.

    I’ve been a Voyced customer for a few weeks now. So far so good. Honestly, the call quality is better than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.

    Call rates are very reasonable too.

    I had a few small setup issues initially, but the support team were very responsive and got back to me straight away. Also a pleasant surprise.

    Best VoIP experience, coverage and pricing that would make you think it will be different. Responsive staff and clear answers make it as good as we could expect.

    Positive

    The call quality is excellent and reliable yet the price is one of the lowest we've come across. They use high-quality routes and solutions and you notice the difference every time. Support is as good as we could have hoped for on the rare occasions that we needed them for something. Coverage is second to none as far as we can tell, they haven't sold us a 'no' yet.

    Negative

    The website can appear to be a bit techy but once you get the hang of it it's fine actually. Don't let that put you off.
