First of all excellent Support. Very good features have been provided in the application with the real time sync. One thing is great that if you do not have good connection then you can turn off the sync even in slow connection and continue working offline. Not a URL based application. Hats off to that. Many other online applications are URL based which is not good.

Support should be available on Sunday too. Direct GSTR Filing through the application should be there by which we can save our money by not paying the CA extra cost.

best of best software i have tried alignbooks ,tally but i found its very simple

for a normal staff who knows basic english can use this software & support is also perfect

comunication method i think u r using virtual number for customer care thatsy the voice is not clear
