Overall I am enjoying the experience. Something that I count as really important is the ability to customize things so that it can be personalized. This makes that really easy. I also like to slowly incorporate newer software and systems, so the integration with Microsoft Projects made this perfect. Everything else is really just a bonus feature to me.

The drag-and-drop features make customization super easy. Everyone can set it up in ways that suit their own style, too. I have gotten a lot of use out of the mobile views as well. We've been able to track time and log work that's been completed so much more easily, and changing schedules in real time has never been so seamless. Another feature I have thoroughly enjoyed is the ability to create comments that mention another user, which is then sent to their email, and they can reply to it through the email directly. I believe we even want to try and find a way to work this into communications with our contractors and applicants. Oh, and the 2-way integration with Microsoft Project has made transitioning much easier for some of our staff, since that's what we previously used.

Since it was a somewhat new software, we have taken quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to do some of the things we needed to do. The support has been very helpful, but for some of us it's just not so easy to pick up for the first-time use.

The company has saved manpower hours, been more organized and efficient since implementing WorkOtter into our lives. We have been able to stay on top of scheduling, time lines and improved team collaboration.
My reports stand out so much more with the additional, and fun, graphic applications through the Gantt charts.
My team and I would not trade this program in for any other that we know of.
I HIGHLY recommend this program for all possible reasons.

WorkOtter has absolutely every tool you possibly need all in one. There are no other needed in house programs when it comes to team communication, resource management, timelines, scheduling, projections, etc.
I can't get enough of the Gantt charts and the animation feature.

I can not say there is any feature that I do not like.
I wish I had this program years ago when I started PM.

WorkOtter is easy and fun to use; it did not require heavy onboarding, and most of the features are very intuitive. It feels like the tool has been created by real PM practitioners and the pain points I struggled before with are resolved already.

1) Planning - as I do both in my current organization (projects, and planning in one of the company's departments)
2) Adaptable Gantt solution - timeline can be moved in just few clicks
3) Charts and other templates - absolutely LOVE them, and management is very impressed

Promotion of the tool - I did not know about this software before, but strongly believe it is a solid competitor for large market players.

Happy with our decision to switch this platform, it feels effortless to be efficient with the variety of features available.

I liked the overall User Interface of the software. It was very easy to get used to and navigate.
Gantt charts were easily editable and I could change scheduling by simple drag and drop function without needing to worry about reformatting the whole chart.
I could easily import my data from Excel and MS Projects
Dashboards are fun to use and we can maximise their function by using interactive data animation templates.

I have liked the product so far and there aren't any cons I can think of at the moment.

It has a lot of great features, but what stands out the most is the reports and dashboards. They are interactive and super fun to use.

My experience with WorkOtter has been great incredible as an Accounts Manager and member of a Marketing project management team. Right from the start, their sales staff demonstrated exceptional knowledge without any hint of pushiness, so it ended up being a seamless implementation process setting things up with the software. I must also commend the remarkable support team, who promptly addressed all our queries and played a pivotal role in helping us kick-start our journey with WorkOtter.

What I liked most about this software was the ease of building and configuring dashboards. It's not easy to overlook sometimes with PM softwares, but WorkOtter's dashboard features allow me to create a personalized workspace tailored to my project management needs.

The resource management and capacity planning features were incredibly useful in allocating and tracking resources, and that really does help when it comes to efficient project execution.

The ability to sync with Microsoft Excel and integrate with other systems through open APIs streamlined my workflows and enhanced collaboration with seamless data exchange. So it's pretty much a bit of many things that I'm coming to like about the software.

No issues at present. There's a bit of a learning curve needed to maximize the entire software's utility but that's applicable to pretty much any software. It's been pretty intuitive to use so far, however, so everything seems to be working fine.

I'm over the moon with this software. I'm so happy to have it at my dispense and never looking back. Time saving, efficient, super customer support!

WorkOtter is truly fantastic, it's saved me so much time as they have truly thought of everything for you. It's simple to use and get started with. I love it's dashboards and how data syncs so seamlessly. You can also upload and sync files and storage is unlimited - absolutely brilliant.

Overall the product is very comprehensive and increases productivity by including tools and features that relieve pain points not included in other software.

The software/program is so innovative and interactive! It's incredibly simple to us, not to mention the program can do real-time reports/forecasts for "what-if" situations and guide you on how to achieve the best outcome possible.

My overall experience has been a good one. I was skeptical at first, then on day two I ran into some issues and had to contact support so of course I started preparing for the worst. Support wrote me back really quick though and had the issue taken care of within a few hours.

First of all, the dashboard. A lot of companies try and make the dashboard too flashy and end up making it hard to use, but this was very simplistic compared to them yet somehow wasn't lacking any features.

So far I don't have any complaints. I'm sure that could change a few weeks down the road, but i'm happy with it right now.

WorkOtter's ability to sync with other platforms is nice if you are fluent and not sure of change. Once using WorkOtter you'll quickly learn how easy it is to navigate and plan while cutting down the process time to create. Great product and easy to use on any level.

Quick, real-time functionality. Very well organized and easy to use. Ability to create, share and explain to coworkers is beyond simple.

I wish I had found this product sooner - could have saved a lot of time with previous project planning.

It is a super easy and user-friendly project management solution, with it's customized dashboard and reporting sections.
