The best part is, we weren't nudged to buy their premium plans anywhere, which has become a standard of any Freemium SaaS products from the industry.

With a simple integration to our website, we could deploy this chatbot within an hour of registration.

We can't unlock the paid plugins individually. If WotNot can do that, it can help us choose the tools we need in a more customised manner.

WotNot is best chatbot tool I have used. WotNot has very user friendly UI, great designing features for bot and an outstanding customer support through out your journey right from building the bot to hosting it.

With their no-code chatbot builder features you don't required any technical skills to build and deployed the bot on your website. The team behind the software is excellent.

For the most part, it is a fairly simple and easy but I guess they could improve on the integration store. With this, the platform would be the best in the segment.

Besides the fact, I have been using a few similar products and WotNot is my favorite for almost 1 year. We are using the WotNot chatbot for lead generation. I would like to specifically mention the No-code bot builder feature. It is pretty easy to build a bot through a No-code bot builder. It has a drag and drop feature which is very easy to use and build the bot within no time.

- Analytics Dashboard: The dashboard provides really useful insights. It helps in tracking the metrics and goals.
- Support Services: When I have a question, big or small, I know WotNot's team is there to answer me quickly and in the most professional way.
- Human Handover and Live Insights: I can see the live status or insights on who all are having active sessions with the bot. It also allows me to take over the conversation if I feel there is human intervention required.

I would like to see more 3rd party integrations in the Startup package.

The best feature of this product is "Bot Builder" that allow us to build the bot in no time. It's as easy as building the conversation flow in the form of flowchart.
The other part which we liked the most is the ability of the bot to interact with the user and collect the quality leads and integrating the same with CRM to ensure that no leads are missed out.

As such there are not any things to be disliked however, this tool is available only on three channels i.e Facebook, Web and WhatsApp. Having it on Instagram will be added benefit.

We used this bot as a pre-screening tool to screen the candidates asking them basic questions to review their skills and the experience candidates holds.

It helped us save lot of time by not directly taking the interview of the candidates.

I'm a big fan of automation and I love bots. But I don't have the programming skills required to build them. WotNot provides an easy-to-use bot-building platform that anyone can use - no coding needed!

Nothing to dislike. Would love to see integration with multiple different platforms.
