The integration with various CRM, Email Marketing and Cloud storage tools works great. The onboarding process of Wrike is easy. Also, the training period was very short. Its user interface is traditional and easy to understand. Assigning new tasks to the project is easy. Team chat works flawlessly. The Kanban board and Gantt charts provide me with detailed statistics about ongoing projects.

The only downside I found is in its customization option available for the dashboard. It doesn't allow me to enable expand the view according to the project.

We have been implementing Wrike for a while now, and while we have been very pleased with the great features included and the results that it has shown over time, there are a few aspects of it that I have found to be disappointing and feel like they could be heavily improved in order to provide a better service. The first negative point that I have noticed while using Wrike is the fact that the mobile version is very limited, it does not include the same features as the desktop version and that makes it more difficult to complete certain tasks because not all tools are available and the interface does not seem familiar because of it, this could be improved by adding some more tools that are in the desktop version so the daily tasks and be speed up even while some of us are working remotely on our phones. The second negative point is that I have experienced some errors when trying to work offline and then synchronizing the changes made once there is a connection to wifi. Sometimes, the changes are not saved and the work done offline will be completely erased with no chance of recovering, this has caused frustration sometimes, which is why I avoid working offline inside Wrike.

Overall, the Wrike software is an excellent product that gives me the ability to fully control different projects with minimum effort. The best thing I liked about this platform, is its customizable dashboard. It allows me to change the dashboard features according to different agendas of projects.
