    - XRM is a fully secured application, and it gives us 2-factor authentication.
    - Available at a cost-effective price
    - It easy to understand and use it.
    - Customer support members are very active during business hours.

    Acro Technologies develop the XRM (External Resource Management System) application that offers to meets the needs of companies managing an array of Contingent Workforce Staffing solutions. XRM gives clients the option of building their solution set by selecting the Professional version, Commercial version, or both.

    XRM is the best software for hiring the professional and non-professional employees. We can create our Requisition and Payroll Service Request to hire the employees. After making the request, Approve will approve the request, and the Staffing Agencies will work on this for the candidate interviewing and hiring process.
    XRM also provide the facility like SOW (Scope Of Work) to bidding on the projects.

    XRM gives us a couple of user roles like Client user, MSP user (Master Service Provider), Staffing agencies, and employees. Employee users can fill their timesheets, and the Client, Staffing Agency or MSP would approve it. XRM also recorded biometric punching for employees' working hours.

    It also provides the reporting features to users to analyze and filter the records for all user types. We can export the records as well.

    The valuable client of XRM like Kellogg, Pitney Bowes, Lockheed Martin & BAEES, etc...

    UI and UX should be better. Except for this, all things look good.
