I had enough with my previous broker and decided to change the platform I use for trading. In the short quest for new brokerage, I had a couple of favourites but decided to test xs first because their reputation is really impressive.
I was happy to see low entry requirements for opening a real account, which gave me the possibility to test it in a real environment with a lower deposit. I used the standard account. All went well, but when I decided to deposit my trading funds I chose the pro account because… well the trading terms are better :)

It is a safe and reputable broker, and the platform is advanced. I like their concept of offering many account types with different trading conditions, which can fit almost all trading styles

The list for payment methods can and should be extended with some of the popular methods currently used by many traders, like crypto for example

Still, as a place to open trades and withdraw after, xs broker was one of the best out there. They do everything right, provide good trading conditions and pretty useful help, in terms of leverage, education and asset selection.

Multiple accounts that can suit almost any trading approach. For day trading, pro is the best. Tight spreads, dynamic leverage and sometimes when I kept trades overnight, swap-free was offered, some sort of grace period.
Another thing is reliability. Never have even a slight doubt about the credibility. Smooth withdrawals and enough investor protection features, especially insurance coverage.

For some reason they can’ come up with their custom platform… I’m okay with MT, but charting could be much better. Customization doesn’t help to fix chart issues. I hope they will add more platforms

The broker looks good to me because of its credibility. I didn’t see many complaints about xs, there are features that ensure my money will be kept safely. On top of that, conditions look suitable for day trading and metatrader still does its job. As a brokerage service, it’s basic minimum… but it works for me….

Reliability that it’s without questions is there. Xs is regulated by established entities, not just off-shore licenses. There is fund insurance for everyone. I checked quotes and spreads too. All transparent in there. Small markup, like it should in cfd trading, but nothing that can affect trading, like wrong execution of stop loss orders.
SMALL ADVANTAGE is their own mastercard. I guess this way withdrawals are gonna be faster than with usual cards, when it takes more than week to get money.

It’s just not that fascinating. No active community, no good-looking web platform, even the trader's area looks like it’s designed for basic things only. Zoomers probably won’t like it probably.

Candidly speaking, trading isn’t easy now, as you know, all eyes are on geological tensions. The situation is getting more fragile between Iran and the USA. 2bh, I wouldn’t be surprised to see new lower lows on XAGUSD, XAUUSD, BTC, and even on S&P 500. Recently, I spotted a dead MA cross on 50/200 and there’s a strong chance that the US stock market and BTC could plummet deeply.

First things first, I’d like to congratulate you on adding your mobile app. Many people mentioned the absence of a mobile platform in recent reviews, and XS now implemented it. I tried it in practice, and gotta say, it looks solid, the user interface is intuitive, navigation from one section to another takes a few clicks, no glitches. When I placed my pending orders on BTC, they all executed on time without having huge slippage.
Another thing worth mentioning is stable spreads on crypto pairs. As you know, the crypto market is the most volatile one and the fact that spreads remain stable without widening way much says a lot about operational stability. Good for you, guys.

Nevertheless, the mobile app is still raw and needs to be developed more in the coming months. For instance, implementing the tradingview’s user interface into it would be a big game-changer, or you could add other trading terminals like cTrader. The more options, the better environment you provide for us.

It's going to be 2 years with xs this summer, been a while since I signed up. Went straight for the Pro, didn't even think about other accounts because it was an obvious choice when I saw the spreads on Demo. Opening up a demo is nice way to check if spreads are as they promise, and execution as well, and I checked swaps too, all to my liking. Since then I'm still here with a Pro account, conditions are as decent as they were, can't ask for anything more in this aspect from xs. Now I'm trading rare because I got more work, but even if I trade weekly and let my trades run for days it's still cheap, because I don't open whole lots.

Only thing that mattered when I signed up was reliability, and that was ensured by high ratings + evaluations, and of course multiple licences. XS.com is really hard to beat when it comes to reliability.

It's a bit criticism but needs to be said, XS member area is now old and not that UX oriented. The buttons, the process of opening accounts, paying and all the rest, those are not easy and look really old. You guys need to rework the whole members area to make it modern and up to new design standards at least, and add more options to pay along the way.

I like that both mt4 and mt5 are available here. Also, different accont types with appropriate conditions

I think swaps for stock trading should be lower - not always good for long term

It’s already been 1.5 years since I joined and have been trading regularly here. I’ve experienced ups and downs, seen XS developments, and can say a broker of this level is very rare in this industry. In terms of trading experience, I watched spreads during volatility on forex, stocks and commodities. They’re wider than usual, but in general without shock numbers.

XS has a bunch of benefits that should be appreciated by more users. I didn’t even explore all features when I signed up for the first time, just placed a few large trades, and they all were executed instantly. That’s my style. People forget the basics. Execution always comes first, and everything else later. They matched my expectations in this regard.
Now let’s talk about the payment options. On the official website, you see only the main payments, but inside of your personal area you get access to a bunch of financial systems, plus cryptocurrencies. That changes things a lot. I personally used a Skrill wallet because I got used to transferring money via E-Wallets. It’s convenient and requires less bureaucracy. XS processed all my deposits and withdrawals in a timely manner, without long delays and cancellations.

Honestly, I didn’t like the design of the personal area. It looks too basic, and it feels like I’m navigating in the calculator environment. If they update it in the near future making it more cutting-edge, I will change my opinion about it. So far I can’t say I’m satisfied with that. I mean I understand over time this problem might go away, but they could have done everything in a user-friendly way so that it caters to all, not only advanced ones.

I was really looking for a broker where I can trade chinese shares, and XS is the place for sure! Been here for 7 months if I am not mistaken, and their overall share offerings are very nice. I've reviewed many places but most don't seem to offer HK shares, while those are booming and trending! Chinese industries are taking over, and the tech will be shaken up pretty strong when Chinese companies fill the RAM shortage! They have like under 100 shares which is enough ,and many US shares too, nice to trade with a pro account oN MT5.

I like the overall design and members area, it was really easy to use their service like sign up and open accounts.
Support is quick as well, at first its AI if you have general questions, if you need human agent you just ask and they are going to be online pretty soon, and ready to answer.

I cant say there are some dealbreaking negatives, the only nitpick from my side is VIP deposit requirement is a bit too much 100K😁

My experience with xs.com over the past few months has been steady and frustration free for real. I will be honest, all I cared about was the security, and this broker is one of the best when it comes to reliability. They are regulated by many regulators including A tier ones! Apart from that, many people left positive reviews about them, and I can see why people like them so much… they deliver what they promised on the website.

The broker and the platform MT5 itself is genuinely reliable. The order execution feels crisp during London and NY sessions, and I haven't experienced slippage on my swing forex trades. As for the charting tools, there are a great flexibility of them surprisingly, which saves me from switching tabs to make TA on tradingview. Also it worths mentioning in the pros that the account verification was straightforward! They don’t ask for tons of questions and documents, just basics and then verify in under 20 minutes.

Spreads can widen noticeably during high volatile hours, especially news... but at least the fee structure is always transparent upfront for any instrument, and to be fair, most of the time they reflect the reality.

I started trading with xs 2 years ago, before used to try demo from other brokers. With xs, i jumped into real trading from the very beginning because already knew about them from my friends.I liked trading on both mt4 and mt5 - equally rewarding experience!😍 Sometimes i needed some clearings about menu options and the support helped me with guidance.I trade forex, indices and crypto.Using standard account.Very appealing spreads. Didn't have serious problems so far.

Robustness of mt4 and versatility of mt5 make xs service JUST STELLAR for my trades!

they need webinars or something similar - video content would greatly aid the broker's name popularity among traders

The fees are kept to a minimum here and don't really have any impact on my trading statistics. Well, maybe only the swaps which are about average

You know how some brokers' websites look like they are from the 2000s? Thankfully, that's not the case here (MT5 available as well)

$500 minimum depo for the pro account is a little tough tbh

xs.com trading platform has some really good trading accounts. The pro account is dope, this is the one i decide to use because the spreads are very tight and there are no additional trading fees.

The selection of accounts with different trading codnitons is positive feature. You can choose the one that is best for your trading

It’s been 1,5 years since I joined here. So far I’m have still learning many things as a trader, but recently my results got better thanks to their AI personalized report. I found my weaknesses and strengths, it turned out that most of the time I was too emotional and opened trade too early. Patience is key here. ☝️

I really panicked a lil bit when someone from their customer service got in touch with me. The guy was very polite and competent, he made sure that I sorted everything out during the registration process. It says a lot about their quality of service.

My remark is that they still don’t offer their own mobile app, I’m pretty sure that they can afford it easily, this broker is on another level. MT5 and MT4 are outdated tbh😅, and I’d like to trade on something more comfortable and innovative.

As a whole I’m satisfied with my experience. Not the most advanced and modern trading platform, no cool design. But what their task to give, they gave. The place to connect to various CFDs, they managed it pretty well ngl

Fast payments, fees, and execution. All pillars of good trading experience were there imo. I didn’t wait much on withdrawal approvals or deposits, as well as, didn’t experience slippage and hidden fees. Paid only a tight 0.7-1 pip spread on average on a pro account.

Maybe will highlight the obvious, more educational and analytical resources needed. In addition to current AI analysis and blog, webinars and something like trading central would be spot on, to help trading performance

I trade on my mt4 each day, pro account and it's going good. Swaps are not that high, and spreads are tight so I guess it's what makes them great

Simple services which are right to the point, you just get the best conditions which are easy to use, solid place indeed.

I don't have any disadvantages to share wit hXS - all is ok.

Since I hadn’t problems with the broker in these years, I have no reason to switch to something unproven… XS proved themselves in the most harsh trading conditions, high volatility, fair withdrawal amount. They’re not super cool, but know their job. For this my huge respect🤝

Flawless work of every inch of their service. Starting from on clock support and stable order execution through MT5, finishing with fast and easy payments. The HEART of the broker worked fine.

Nothing fancy in particular. Update is needed to add more platforms, some more assets, soft commodities for example. I’d say more variety than they have now…

I’ve been trading here for over 2 years on the MT5 terminal. The platform is easy to use and I was able to place even the advanced orders like buy stop limit and sell stop limit orders which aren’t available on MT4. While trading there, I used to measure success by daily P/L. Now I look at how well I followed my trading rules. And after that my results got better.

There are a lot of benefits they offer to clients starting from ai insights and ending account types. I liked how each account can be suit to any trading style and they don’t force me to deposit more money unlike other brokers. Also, the XS education deserves your attention, I finished a few of their courses and already understand the difference between fundamental and technical analysis.

Client support is fast in answering questions, but the problem is how they deliver that info, it feels like they were just copying and pasting their responses...

I can’t call myself someone who dedicates a major part of his life to trading. From time to time I check the market for the interest and check on my positions that I like opening for the long-term. XS.com is a good place for doing so. Their normal swap conditions and general reliability helped not worry about the opening trades. I guess, if they had a better mobile trading focus, I’d trade more. Checking charts occasionally, once I have a free minute.

Their trading conditions, of course. Normal swaps and nice execution, accurate even when sufficient time is passed. Their support deserved attention too. Very friendly staff.

No mobile app, only MT5 for IOS that to be honest wasn’t enough for me. It would be cool if they created some sort of custom platform, so I won’t have to open my PC every time.

I can comfortably use this platform every week because it has low trading costs and multiple accounts to fit into the needs of any trader.

It is easy to navigate and also the cent, micro and standard accounts have no minimum deposit which makes it a great choice for all traders and friendly for beginners.

I have used the broker for about 1 and half year and I would say the execution speed needs to be faster.
