ZenGo is the most secure wallet that you can use but they need to add more blockchain and option to add custom tokens.

ZenGo is the only self-custodial wallet with no private key or seed phrase. The advantage of no private key or seed phrase is a fake support team, phishing attackers, scammers, and others cannot steal anything from you.

Currently no option to add custom tokens in the wallet.

It's good to use. Not good to use for money for family.

I was looking for an easy-to-use wallet to secure my assets and I chose ZenGo because of it's incredible UI/UX and its no seed security.

ZenGo is really easy to use extremely fluid.
The UX is smooth, I can have a look at my assets and my NFT in a blink of an eye.

The minimums buying are a little bit too high but there is no big deal.

Great product which should be no surprise. They are one of the leaders in the industry for a reason.

Great GUI that makes using the software a breeze. I was able to set up my account easily and without any headaches in just a few minutes. The verification process was fast. I was able to, with confidence and minimal stress, transfer some of my crypto funds.

I wish it would have a iPad/tablet version. Most of my financial apps are already on my iPad so it would be nice to have all my funds research and control apps in one place.

I opted for ZenGo several months ago but hesitated to dive into the space. Fortunately when I recently gave it a second look, the account that I had all but funded was ready to go. This in itself was impressive.

I really liked the security that is inside this wallet, I allow myself to add a two-step security to each wallet that I have created, in addition, it also allows me to receive authentication code in my email every time I log into this platform or when I am going to complete a new transaction, in addition, this platform also allows me to define some phrases to serve as a measure to recover access when I have lost my account password, these phrases are fully modifiable and allow me to recover access to the account in a matter of seconds. In addition, this platform allows you to complete transactions much faster than any other, since the processing of each of your transactions when transferring any cryptocurrency is impressive, this allows you to complete transfers in less time, you can send money to any Blockchain or any wallet, in the same way that platform will process that transfer in a matter of seconds.

I did not have any type of problem when using this wallet, since it can store a large amount of Cryptocurrencies easily and without resorting to the loss of those assets, it always behaved excellently, in addition, it had an immediate connection with Web3 and Defi, which which allowed me to have a more expansive use of each of the assets deposited within this wallet. I do not have any kind of complaint regarding the actions performed on this wallet, also the system of deposit and withdrawal of money works perfectly, this wallet is very perfect.

The only choice to withdraw from the platform was MoonPay although there are 2 options to purchase coins. Banxa and MoonPay maybe there should be 2 options to withdraw from as a choice.

Overall I would recommend ZenGo to my friends who are looking for a crypto wallet. The ease of use, security and informative nature of the app makes it a great product for those starting out.

I find ZenGo to be a very secure wallet. It has multi-level security with biometrics. I have also found it to be very user friendly and easy to understand. I am no expert but have never had an issue with the app.

It does take some time for the transactions to go through, I understand this is normal and ZenGo does keep you informed along the way.

Overall it's made my crypto experience very streamlined and I'd recommend this for someone looking for an easy to use and navigate wallet.

Easy to navigate UI that doesn't get in your face or push too many things. Also easily customized to suit your requirements as well as providing sufficient guidance for any transfers.

Some of the fee transfers could be outlined a bit further.

After complicated experiences and a total lack of support and interest for their clients from the well known established companies, ZenGo is the way to go!

I had Matic transaction problems that has been handled with great efficiency in a matter of hours, immediate chat is available which is something u will never find o Coinbase which is basically unreachable and dehumanized. And multilingual!

The fact to create a wallet directly with face ID and iCloud during the first steps was a true more value for me. Also the interface was a strong aspect of what i like with ZenGo. The support directly in app is also a more value!

I discovered ZenGo Wallet from Twitter. I saw that this wallet propose an experience without an passphrase. I tested ZenGo with the Polygon Matic network.
My experience was really smooth. Send or receive tokens was easy. I used their support directory from the app and i was able to have someone from the support team very quickly. Great support experience!!

I would like to have more tokens supported in the future! Definitely something to improve.

It's a lovely experience once everything is settled in the security department and it's just overall very easy to use, the app is not buggy at all and it has all the information one could need, especially as a beginner.

As a beginner, the whole process of cryptocurrency seemed a bit complicated, but ZenGo wallet made it feel very easy and not so scary anymore. It is also very secure and I'm not scared of potential hacks.

While security is appreciated, I do feel it's a rather tedious process if you change your device and you forgot your password. Also the facial recognition is a bit wonky, but that might've been because I'm not used to it and it took a few tries for it to still recognise me.

That's my favorite wallet. I learned quickly how to setup it with the straightforward tutorials on security and recovery and I use it for my transactions on the chains that are available on it. Waiting for more chains for it to be the perfect wallet! I already recommended it to beginners in crypto.

ZenGo is a new kind of wallet. It allows you to get rid of seed phrases while maintaining equivalent (even better, in fact) security, without the stress of having to store data on a medium that must be accessible at all times, even in case of an accident. The possibility for a relative to unlock the wallet easily in case of problem is also very appreciable. The user is pampered: live chat available 24/7 with a real human "on the other side" who really knows the wallet. The tutorials available online are also very clear and updated regularly. Finally, the regular promotions with interesting projects (Onramp, Smurf...) are the icing on the cake. And it's FREE!

Not all chains are supported. Some bugs can happen but they are fixed quickly and live chat helps to understand the problem.
