+ It fully integrates with almost all Zoho products which seems to make sense as it is from the same company, however, there are other Zoho solutions which this platform does not integrate well or simply does not have solutions that integrate with each other. However, for the rest, if it can be integrated, it works fine and I don't have to import any data manually since everything is interconnected so the information you have on this platform can be fully available within another Zoho service without having to configure nothing. In addition, you can have integrations with platforms outside of Zoho and they work very well, you just have to look for the applications available for integration with Zoho Analytics which adapts to each need.

+ It is very customizable, you can have multiple options to control the flowchart or any graph within the interface of this platform. In addition, reports can be generated depending on what the user needs to not have other information or add all the information required from the results returned. Another thing is that you can have different workspaces in relation to the characteristics that are needed, this has allowed me to have a better workflow and not mix the different tasks that I perform, but rather everything is kept separate, but within one same platform.

+ I have a great capacity to load different types of files for databases in flat files or any spreadsheet which starts from .XLS, .CSV., XML, JSON or any type of files similar to the ones I just finished to mention. This gave me the possibility of going from an outdated database that I had within my company and being able to import them into this platform without having to make many changes or having to do a total conversion since it could take me a long time since I handled different tables of data in different formats. So when you want to implement Zoho Analytics to any company that has a database similar to the one my company had, it is simply easy to import all these files.

- It gets a bit complicated when using it for the first time, it has a bit of a steep learning curve, by this I mean that learning to use its features is not easy to learn and understand everything. I would like them to improve accessibility so that anyone can more easily understand how to take advantage of this tool and that not only large companies can see the results. - I have not found an easy way to automatically share Zoho reports to any cloud platform. With this I can store the reports without having to make manual backups or only have Zoho for this work since within my company everything is handled with caution in case of any data loss on any platform.

- Perhaps the technical support should improve a bit with regard to problem solving and response time. Currently the help system of this platform is a bit poor in providing solutions and I don't like having to wait so long for answers, so if it would speed up the process of giving answers more it would be good for me and my company since I can count on everything moment with the help of Zoho when any doubt arises or I have a problem that my work team does not know how to solve at the time.
