Overall I like Zoho Creator because it's a no-code affordable platform that is easy to use and configure.

There is a no-code platform so it's easy to create what you need without needing to read or write code. It's affordable and there is plenty of support.

There is no support for Java so if you want to run Java you are out of luck.

We have been using Zoho Creator for around 18 months to track our fleet of Android tablets (around 1000). This has replaced a giant spreadsheet.

Once you understand how it works (it does take a little trial and error), it works really well. We get field staff to update the record when they receive a device and it's easy to track who has them, and when (using the calendar function).

We also like that if a device is marked as lost or faulty then we can get an automated email to the IT Helpdesk who then perform their actions.

Zoho Creator is really easy to learn and customise. We added lots more into the original plan just because it was easy and it could be done.

It was originally used to track Android tablets, but we also added in things like vehicles, uniforms, etc as it was quick and easy to do.

The software is very powerful - but does have a big learning curve.

I like that you can really customise the way it looks and feels to give users an easy interface.
Importing data is really easy.
I like the workflows that can be built in, especially the emails and notifications.
Easy to add customers/users.
Easy to learn.
Alerts and notifications.

Sometimes the workflows and script can be a bit tricky to work out.
Would like to be able to upload multiple files or attachments to a record.
Maybe some wizards would be good to help with setup.
Can be a little confusing and overwhelming - take the time to learn it.
