Killed free program
Date: Feb 12 2025SummaryIt's so annoying to become dependent on a tool, have all your ingredients on the site, then to have them to change their pricing. We are looking for other tools.

- Started on a free account, but then they pushed us off. Start the negotiation at $995, but eventually got them to discount all the way to ~$240. Sharing in case anyone else needs advice on how to negotiate with them -

Customer service from April is terrible
Date: Feb 13 2024SummaryApril your customer support is terrible.
PositiveNothing.
NegativeI emailed April in the support group (name should be changed to non support), I was met with a flippant and frankly terrible response. I will have to renew for 1 more year but in the interim I will be looking for a SAAS company that hopefully has the service to back up the product. All in all a serious shame and a good example of how not to provide support. Where possible avoid using A La Calc
