PositiveAnny offers a complete booking solution for any kind of bookable resource (in our case a sports facility). It is highly customizable with tons of features. We rely on it as our operating system day by day. Anny manages everything from booking, payment, door access integration to invoicing and therefore bookkeeping - almost all on its own. The only manual processes are the ones that we intend to do manually (custom cancellations).
If something goes wrong, support is there almost instantly. Response times are great and if there is no direct solution, they will try to fix it as soon as possible.NegativeTook some time to explore all the features and make it work in the beginning although our requirements were quite complex and changing a lot at the time. There are some weaknesses in the native Mobile App area (UX and feature completeness), which requires a small learning curve for end users as well.
