They list out everything you could want to know online, including pricing, without having to reach out to a support agent. But, if you need support, a human-manned chatbox is available throughout your entire order process., which I've taken advantage of several times.

Because they work with the PR Newswire to distribute, you don't get to see a preview of the release in advance, just the live version once it's out. This was different from other providers I've worked with in the past. But when I reached out to their support team, they did send me a final Word document of what would be going to PR Newswire, which gave me one more opportunity to check the release.

eReleases provides excellent and wide distribution...which is what anyone needs for a press release. Many very cheap Press release distributors are tempting to use, but they are not very good at getting you the right distribution, and some get you nothing. I have used eReleases for many years now and I highly recommend them.

I've had mistakes in press release where I was able to quickly contact them and have them fix it before the release went out -- that is invaluable. I can't even put a price tag on that.
