Powerful and proven document management solution
Date: May 14 2020SummarySolid product that has been around for over 20 years, much of it with the same leadership group in place. The new versions are lightweight and seem to have been designed with the end-user in mind.
PositiveIndexing and search work very well. Integrates into MS Office apps for easy saving and retrieving of documents. Can automatically file sent email or file via drag & drop later. Very large user community. New Work 10 products are definitely the future of document management.
NegativeOlder versions of software can be resource-intensive. Support was hit or miss but has gotten better.
