PositiveiSpring Suite has so many useful features and a brilliant content library, which are the primary attributes wanted from software of this nature. The webinar series is also fantastic; there is at least a weekly course on a variety of topics around optimising all of the built in features of iSpring Suite. But the icing on the cake is how endlessly friendly and helpful the customer support team are- they will go above and beyond to find solutions for any issues, and are constantly on hand. I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a response and have always left satisfied with the service and the capacity of the product. Through this service the usability of the software is also improved due to the helpfulness of the support team in providing more information and advice than you'd think you'll need.
NegativeThere is the occasional feature I'd love to have, but whenever I ask CS about it they always find a workaround and often comment that they'll report it back to the dev team. Every update contains new features too.
