    The Best Equipment Rental Software I’ve Ever Used

    After 3 years of daily use, I can confidently say integraRental is the best equipment rental software I’ve worked with. I’ve also used Quipli and RentalMan, but found them more complicated and time-consuming to get used to. integraRental, on the other hand, is intuitive, fully integrated with QuickBooks and integraERP, and designed to make daily rental operations seamless — both in the office and on the go.

The real-time asset tracking, seamless QuickBooks and integraERP integration, and full-featured mobile app make daily rental operations smooth and efficient. Whether I’m in the office, on-site, or managing reservations online through eRental, everything stays connected and easy to manage.

    Honestly, there’s very little I dislike about integraRental. The software meets nearly all of my needs. If I had to mention one thing, it’s that some advanced features take a little time to explore fully — but once you learn them, they’re extremely powerful.

    recommended to small and medium sized equipment rental businesses like mine. the ecommerce site looks great and is awesome to drive new business.

    I really like the asset availability functionality, especially when it comes to having multiple locations where my assets may be kept and with multiple users entering agreements at once. the ability to do my own seo in my online rental store is great too so I show up higher in search engine results.

    Negative

    there are issues with the software sometimes, but the customer support is fantastic, resolving issues very quickly
