Since this platform arrived in our sales sector, we have noticed how the productivity of our employees has improved, because they are aware that we are monitoring each of their activities, all activities have to be completed within the agreed time. of the platform, otherwise we will receive an immediate alert and proceed to take action.

This platform has been key to the development of various activities within the company's sectors. The things that I have liked the most about it are:

- The free trial of this platform is quite accessible, any user who wishes to try it and wants to register can do so for free, without having to pay additional fees, and will be able to have access to each of the functionalities for a limited time, in addition, they must also mention that this platform has a fairly low payment rate, which helps us to have a large number of employees using it within our sector, to manage tasks and be able to have a correct monitoring of the activities carried out.

- Another thing that I like is that it has an excellent notification system, since this system helps me to be attentive and know exactly when a new activity is completed, I receive notifications within my mobile device and within my email, when a new task is completed within my industry, this helps me to properly understand if our employees are following the correct schedule.

- It has functionalities to manage and plan the budget for each project, very few project management platforms currently have that functionality, and it is quite important that the entire platform have it, because it helps us manage the budget for each project and know if we have the correct budget, as well as we can minimize the expenses within the project.

- The notification system also allows our employees to receive an immediate alert when a new activity schedule has been placed on them, every time you perform calendar management and add various activities, all our employees receive an immediate notification so that they can comply as soon as possible. as soon as possible, this functionality is important because it helps stimulate and optimize the completion of activities in a timely manner.

- The calendar view is quite important for me and one of the most beneficial functions for our sector, because we can have a wide view of which days our employees are not to carry out any activity. - Although the free trial is fully accessible to all users, there are some functions that are paid for, and cannot be used by new users, only users who pay an additional fee on a monthly basis can use the platform . Currently the features that are not available within the free trial are: Gantt charts, Kanban board. These two functions are really important because this would help you to correctly understand the trend and optimization that employees are having in the fulfillment of their activities, the board is very important because it helps you manage the number of tasks to each sector of the company, it is very necessary that this function allows to be used within the free trial, so that new users would be more interested in the platform.

- This platform does not currently have the task repetition system, this means that when creating a duplicate task, the platform will not prevent that duplicate creation. On occasions, I have made the mistake of creating duplicate tasks, and this has caused different functions to be presented within our employees, I would love for this platform to have that function integrated, since that would help other employees not to be confused, and it would avoid that I made a mistake when adding tasks or activities. Repetitive or duplicate tasks are very common in all companies.

- Currently, it is not possible to copy and paste information within the description of each task, that means that if you need to schedule several activities, and you want to do it within a notepad and then transfer it to the platform, you cannot do it all notifications have to be done manually within the platform, you can copy and paste information from another source.

I liked how nTask helps to simplify the daily workload process. It also helps in budgeting and financial management for different projects. Overall, I suggest nTask if you need something robust for the management and allocation of tasks. It helps you in planning and organizing projects for better results.

nTask platform is very useful for core teams to organize and maintain productivity. It has a highly customizable Kanban board, and personalized tasks and triggers are available. Tasks shorting option to filter priority tasks. Team discussion board for better collaboration. Advanced timesheet with automation.

The user interface is not the best I have seen on the project management platform.

I am a freelance graphic designer. And I love this product! I started using this when I had an extremely disorganized client last month and it was a life saver. I had a place to keep track of each project along with a detailed break down of what I needed. This client also used multiple platform of communication so I was able to take links to assets and put them with each project vrs wasting time digging. along with the time tracker, billable hours, and the time sheets this programed saved me in the crazy trenches of projects and made sure I was billing accurately. This is my new design bible. It is never not up on my desktop.

Organization and one stop shop. I love that it had everything starting with origination of clients down to the details of each project. And that I didn't need to purchase an other organizing program. This has a place for all my clients, each project I am working on for the and the ability to time each task for each project and have that organized by project in the time sheet so I can have on hand a detailed list of what the client is getting billed for and why. This was also helpful for my advertising clients that then need to bill their clients per project.
I also really appreciate the demos they offer so you can jump right into the program or ask questions. the Customer service is 10/10.

So far the only item I have not enjoyed is that when you build on your tasks and items/features it adds it to all the tasks that you have and some buckets I created didn't apply or needed to be different per/task. But that was also during my free trial so I might have been using it wrong. I am scheduling another demo to learn more now that I've played around with the program for a month.

It is important to mention that when we started using this platform, the free trial period was quite complete, we were able to access a fairly complete panel which allowed us to add all the possible participants for each project, without any type of limit, and although the The free trial was short-lived, we immediately realized that this platform was essential for us and opted to purchase a paid plan. Another feature that I liked about this platform is the great app you have for mobile devices, I currently have it installed on my iOS mobile device, and I love the general interface of this platform, it allows me to create work teams easily, visualize or monitor the progress of the activities, add participants from my work team and much more.

One of the main negative things that this platform has is that it does not have an excellent analysis or statistics system to be able to measure the progress that employees have been making within the delivery of activities, this platform is not capable of measuring whether the delivery of activities has improved or has declined, in addition, it is not capable of measuring the improvement in the productivity of our employees, since this platform only provides us with very simple indications when it comes to knowing the progress of the delivery of activities, it gives us details very simple like the number of activities delivered, the average time for each activity and some other details that I really consider to be very simple, I consider that this platform should improve the system to statistically measure the progress of the employees. In addition, another negative thing about this task management platform is that the free trial they offer is very limited, since it does not allow you to create a work group of more than 50 participants, and it does not allow you to use Live Chat. with your work group, despite the fact that this Live Chat is very functional and provides successful benefits to optimize communication while carrying out various activities.

I really have no complaints about the service that nTask has provided me, I am very comfortable on this platform and I have had a fairly complete experience, which has allowed me to control tasks and assignments on a large scale, without any type of limitation, there have been no of errors during the inspection of tasks nor during the assignment of new tasks. All the functions that nTask has have worked great, without any errors and I am very grateful for that since I feel that the money we have paid for nTask has been very worth it, we do not regret it.
