Impressively, CLAIMExpert is capable of independently processing 65 percent of incoming medical bills and non-medical documents without any user involvement. Documents necessitating adjuster review are promptly identified and organized, which streamlines decision-making and keeps the process efficient. With initial processing free from adjuster participation, clients typically see enhancements in medical loss ratios, ranging from 11 to 23 points within the first year.
