The customer service is also good and the pricing is reasonable. However, there are some drawbacks such as limited customization options and no on-premise installation.
PositiveIntegrates with popular CRM and project management software and has very Affordable pricing along with Easy setup and no contracts or setup fees.
NegativeLimited customization options and limited support for international numbers, I do think needs to be improved.
