What is DividendAtlas?

DividendAtlas is a specialized platform focused on dividend research and portfolio management, catering explicitly to retail investors in Europe. While many current dividend analysis tools predominantly serve American clients, often providing resources that do not suit European brokerage frameworks and concentrating mainly on US dividend metrics with taxation and currency systems tailored for US accounts, DividendAtlas distinguishes itself by emphasizing a European-centric approach. The platform features an efficient one-click portfolio import function that easily integrates with brokers such as DeGiro, Trading 212, Interactive Brokers, and Nordnet, in addition to supporting generic CSV imports from any other brokerage. Each stock on the platform receives a Dividend Health Score that ranges from 1 to 99, evaluating crucial elements like payout sustainability, dividend coverage, the robustness of the balance sheet, and past occurrences of dividend cuts. Users also have the ability to analyze stock valuations by juxtaposing fair value estimates against the company's performance over a five-year period. Tailored for the European market, DividendAtlas operates in euros and supports transactions across nine different currencies, ensuring flexibility for its users. A free plan is available, allowing management of up to 25 holdings and a single portfolio, inclusive of all dividend-related features; for users seeking more extensive capabilities, a premium plan can be subscribed to at 7.99 EUR per month or 79.90 EUR annually, which offers unlimited holdings, in-depth fundamental analytics, and the option to export data via CSV. Overall, DividendAtlas is committed to enhancing the investment experience for European retail investors, addressing their unique needs and providing valuable insights into dividend investing.

What is Dividend Tracker?

The Dividend Tracker app allows users to curate diverse stock lists while providing a comprehensive view of their dividend history. By evaluating a stock's potential yield from its historical dividend payouts, users can effectively arrange their stock lists based on either name or yield. Moreover, the app facilitates users in entering the number of shares they possess for each stock, which offers valuable insights into their annual dividends and upcoming payment timelines. On the detail page, users can also record information regarding stock splits and include personal notes linked to each ticker symbol for better tracking. If a stock category is left without any stocks, users have the option to eliminate it from their list. To remove a list, users should go to Settings -> Manage Lists, then long press on the desired list name to bring up the List Delete dialog. A simple tap on the list name allows users to access a List Rename dialog for making straightforward adjustments. Additionally, Dividend Tracker has the capability to calculate and present the average dividend yield for every stock category, a feature that can be enabled through the Settings menu. This extensive functionality not only helps investors maintain organization but also keeps them well-informed about their financial portfolio. Ultimately, the app serves as a vital tool for anyone looking to enhance their investment strategies and manage their dividends effectively.
