This critical module (Required) is equipped with extensive features for overseeing intricate employee records, encompassing federal, state, and local tax rates alongside varied deductions. It proficiently calculates payroll, disburses checks, and produces vital reports on taxes and deductions. Furthermore, it monitors individual notes with alerts, tracks accumulated skills, year-to-date statistics, emergency contact information, and additional details. Users of CHIPS® can also upload photographs of employees and easily mark significant dates, such as performance evaluations. Deductions can be tailored to take place either pre- or post-tax and can be set as a percentage of the total gross salary or as a fixed dollar figure. Ultimately, CHIPS® significantly improves the efficiency of payroll management by providing a strong and adaptable system that caters to a wide range of organizational requirements while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
