You can significantly improve your visitor management process by incorporating our EastCoast Express service package with any of the basic options available. This enhancement guarantees that your guests receive a meticulously organized and detailed invitation through email. Additionally, you have the convenience of prebooking visitors via Outlook, which automatically sends a notification to the designated host. Security staff will be equipped with an updated list for evacuation purposes through the mobile application. When they arrive, visitors can effortlessly use their mobile visitor tickets to check in and gain entry. These tickets enable them to smoothly operate gates, doors, or speed gates. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which was enforced on May 25, 2018, EastCoast Solutions has engaged Zacco, a firm specializing in intellectual property, to conduct an independent evaluation of both EastCoast Visit and our cloud-based service, EastCoast Express, ensuring compliance with the required regulations.
