ConstruTrack is a user-friendly daily reporting tool created for small construction teams with 1 to 5 members, allowing foremen to easily document completed tasks, hours worked, photos, and incidents from their mobile devices in under five minutes. The platform generates a professionally branded PDF report automatically, which is sent to clients or general contractors, removing the need for any manual effort. This software serves various professionals such as general contractors, roofing experts, electrical subcontractors, remodeling crews, concrete specialists, and pool builders who seek straightforward job site documentation without the complications of elaborate enterprise solutions or pricing tiers. Key features include daily reporting optimized for mobile use, personalized time cards for each worker, photographic records of completed work, automated generation of branded PDFs, a client portal, and the ability for subcontractors to report without incurring additional per-seat charges. For pricing, there is a permanent free plan available for one project, while the Pro plan is offered at a flat rate of $19 per month, which allows for unlimited projects and users. In contrast to Raken, which charges based on the number of users, ConstruTrack's flat fee structure eliminates per-seat costs, making it a highly appealing choice for small teams. Furthermore, this pricing model enhances project management efficiency by allowing all team members to participate without the stress of additional financial obligations, thereby fostering a collaborative work environment. Overall, ConstruTrack effectively meets the unique needs of small construction teams while simplifying the reporting process.
