eMembership for Labor UnionsRunning a local means keeping track of members, employers, contracts, dues, grievances, and elections, often across spreadsheets and an aging database nobody wants to touch. eMembership replaces that patchwork with one system designed only for labor unions. Here's what changes for your staff. Dues posting handles classification-based rates and remittance from many employers. Grievance deadlines come from your contract, and reminders reach the assigned rep before a step is missed. Organizers track field activity in the same place staff log member calls. Meetings and Events, surveys, and DOL-compliant elections run inside the platform instead of a separate tool. Here's what changes for members. They download a native app for iOS or Android, or log in on the web, to pay dues, update contact details, and see where their issues stand. Fewer calls come into the hall. Getting started is predictable. A fixed-scope, fixed-price Discovery Project defines the work up front. Your records move into a parallel environment, your team checks them, and you go live only after sign-off. Support comes from a US-based team with defined response targets, and two updates a year are included. Cost stays predictable as you grow, because you pay for modules, not members or staff seats. That's why 55+ unions across the US and Canada, most of them locals, use eMembership. Labor union software, built for the way locals actually run.

MentornityMentoring and coaching program software for organizations that need their programs to hold together and to show a result. Used by universities and alumni offices, corporate learning and development teams, startup accelerators, professional associations and NGOs across Europe, North America and Türkiye. Matching is explicit: weighted criteria set by the program, mandatory rules that exclude pairs outright, and administrator review before anything is approved. Group programs and open mentor pools are supported alongside one-to-one. Scheduling runs on mentor availability, with booking, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet sync, and automatic reminders around every session. Reporting is the part most programs lack. A health score tracks participation, meeting frequency and completion against each program's own targets and flags the programs drifting while there is still time to act on them. Surveys and forms can run at any point in the cycle, and certificates are issued automatically on completion. Free for up to 10 users, with no expiry and every feature enabled. Paid plans start at $289 per month, scale by participant count, and carry a 50% discount for universities, schools and student programs.

What is Board Papers?
Installed in a SharePoint site collection, the Board Papers board portal lets you quickly set up meetings and create agendas to organize your documents. Agendas and documents are then published to an intuitive book-like app on participants' iPads, laptops, and mobile devices for on and offline access.
In the app, board members and meeting attendees mark up documents with pen and highlighter tools, add and share notes, and electronically sign pages. Votes are cast with a single click. Participants come to meetings prepared, and that means shorter, more effective meetings.

Key benefits of Board Papers:
- All of your documents are stored in your Microsoft 365 tenancy, making security and permissions seamless.
- Affordable for any sized organization.
- Simple book-like app, all tools are just a tap or click away. Directors don’t have to search for features.
- Designed to be flexible and scalable. Used by small and large organizations alike.
In 2008, Pervasent was founded to bring mobile apps to the enterprise. Over the next two years, Pervasent built some of the most popular and well-received apps for the iPhone and iPad. But from the start, our focus has been getting the information that business users need onto the devices they always have on hand. In 2011, Pervasent teamed with Standard Chartered Bank to develop a board portal that could meet the bank’s stringent requirements for security and ease of use. That June, Board Papers was used for the first time at a board meeting in Nairobi, Kenya. In early 2012, Board Papers was released to the market and showcased as a featured business app at Apple Store.
