I would highly recommend Eforms. I have been using it for my business for years and it is very user friendly, cost effective and overall a great product.

Very easy to use. I tend to not like products that are labor intensive to figure out, or that I have to spend a lot of time on but this one checks the boxes on that.

No real cons. The price is right and I have never had any issues.

If you don't want to spend time waiting on the phone to speak with IRS employees, this is the product to use.

The Social Security Number check has saved me from a lot of hassle. It alone is worth the minor expense of this product. I don't have to do much with employees or contractors and I'm an unpaid volunteer.

eFileMyForms software: No printing and reprinting forms like you do if processing in house. The ease of printing ER forms is awesome and not having to handle the mail part is great too. The per item cost is competitive with other software but I found the menus and instructions to move through the software is much more user friendly.

Reset of your password is cumbersome if it works.

My overall experience has been very positive. I run a musical group ranging from 1 to 18 members. It has allowed me to add or delete names as the situation calls.

I would recommend efilemyforms.com to any self-employed business owner for managing 1099's. I have never had to use them for anything other than filing 1099's but it makes tax time so much easier knowing that I can quickly input a little information and hit send and the website does the rest. I also find it helpful that efilemyforms.com will even verify Social Security or Work numbers for those whom you may be sending 1099's to.

The website makes it so easy for our business to send 1099's each year. With an account, it is even more beneficial as it keeps information for repeat contractors that we use from year to year. I don't have to manually fill out any form; just a few clicks of the button and copies are sent to the recipient and the proper government office. The prices seem to be reasonable enough as well.

The only con is that is does cost a bit more than if you just filled out the forms by hand or on your own computer program, but I am satisfied as this works best for us

communication sometimes lacked when reaching out to SOVOS and considering filing deadlines, responses to issues were late and not a priority for SOVOS.

Overall experience was great, system was easy to use and the overall experience was satisfying and user friendly.

Some polish on the UI and docs would make it better, but the underlying service has been dependable.

TIN/name match results are consistently accurate, which matters when a mismatch means holding up a merchant's onboarding. The API was straightforward to wire into our Salesforce-based ISO onboarding and underwriting process — we call it as part of the merchant verification step and get back a clean, parseable response without a lot of custom middleware. Having the validation happen inside the workflow instead of as a separate manual lookup saved our team a real amount of time per file.

The web interface feels dated compared to the API behind it, and the integration documentation could be more detailed — we worked through a few things by trial and error rather than finding them documented.

Have been using eFileMyForms for years as an add-on service to our tax clients. Their system is super easy to navigate, and printing copies to provide to clients who need to issue 1099NEC's, is very straightforward. Lots of options and pricing is very affordable.

This may just be me, but I cannot see a way to delete old accounts.
