I have been working with eFileMyForms for years now and they are the simplest, easiest and fastest filing system for forms that I have worked with. I highly recommend them.

Volumn discounts that can be spread over multiple clients' filings.

Unable to print a draft of the forms for review before purchasing.

Have relied on this service for many years for our two small businesses - being neither tech savvy nor a trained CPA really appreciate how very clear and straightforward (i.e. 'easy') they make it. This is many many times easier and efficient than producing those forms by hand or with other rudimentary bookkeeping software. Appreciate that they are here for folks like us.

Maybe a few more menu options to more easily access the filed forms would be helpful. I have always been able to find the forms, but a consolidated list with the recipient and the amounts would be great!

I like that everything goes through a TIN check immediately. Errors are shown immediately. Easy to navigate.

I really don't have any complaints at this time with regard to the product. I do however think the pricing and billing periods could improve.

The experience was ahead of its time and it allowed for preparation on my part. That's priceless and gives me the flexibility to put my resources in order.

I really liked the To check experience but especially that it has evolved to getting ahead of giving you an alert well before you need it. This allows for the experience to be seamless - as you can now do everything online - and not have to find out that you've lost your befits when you need them.

I've been using for over a decade. I have multiple entities. Each entity needs to issue a couple of year end documents. The website is easy to use and the status updates are great. Also love the TIN check feature.

They recently added tin verifications which really helps to prevent additional fines from the IRS if we file incorrect tin numbers.

Sometimes it took a little extra navigating to figure out certain services on the website, and how the website don't share their contact number until you start a chat help first and the bot can't help you.

The program is a help especially if you ever need to find a previous filing.

eFileMyForms is a great option, and reasonably priced, if you're unable to create, file and distribute tax forms.

Once the data is uploaded, very simple to generate the required tax forms, request tax filing and have eFileMyForms distribute them.

The requirements of the data import file. Takes a lot of time configuring the information I export from our inhouse system before being able to upload it in a useable format. Would have hoped a simple xls file would be acceptable, useable to provide all of the necessary data.
