What is JobRunner?

JobRunner initiates the process with the lead pipeline, seamlessly connecting it to FloorRight for accurate estimation and bid proposals. It quickly transitions into ongoing tasks, encompassing aspects like purchase orders, work orders, change orders, and management of job components. Additionally, JobRunner features a comprehensive general ledger that captures project billing, accounts payable, work-in-progress reporting, and high-level financial reporting for the entire enterprise. The Enterprise Job Cost module automatically records job activities, beginning with the initial contract value and budget setup. The controller is provided with insights into cost-to-date accruals, billing amounts, and the percentage of completion for all active projects. By utilizing JobRunner alongside Enterprise Job Cost Reporting, the tedious process of gathering work-in-progress data via spreadsheets is entirely eliminated. Moreover, EJC facilitates in-depth cost analysis and profit and loss reporting on a project-specific basis, enhancing decision-making capabilities. As a result, efficiency and accuracy in project management are significantly improved.

DELCON serves as a comprehensive online project management solution that integrates various tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and field operations, into a cohesive and intuitive platform. Project managers benefit from real-time updates on the progress of their projects, which helps keep all team members informed about critical timelines, milestones, and other vital information. The platform efficiently manages the closure of RFIs and change orders through automated workflows that notify team members of any changes and the approvals needed.
