What is MAXScribe?

MAXScribe, developed by Stenograph, presents an all-encompassing solution designed specifically for digital court reporters and transcription professionals, incorporating features such as multi-channel audio capture, real-time translation via the Phoenix Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) technology, and advanced editing tools within a single platform. It is capable of handling up to 50 audio channels, making it particularly effective for seamless recording in both remote and hybrid situations, especially when paired with applications like CaseTestify. By utilizing Stenograph's proprietary ASR engine, the system facilitates nearly instantaneous translation of spoken words into written text, which greatly enhances productivity and allows for functions such as immediate readbacks and same-day rough drafts. Moreover, it supports simultaneous collaborative editing by multiple users, offering real-time updates that optimize the workflow of transcript production. Clients enjoy interactive and prompt access to their transcripts, which boosts their engagement during court sessions, while the platform's intuitive interface guarantees easy navigation through its various features. This comprehensive strategy not only improves the transcription experience but also creates a more interactive atmosphere for all participants involved, fostering an environment conducive to effective communication and collaboration. Ultimately, MAXScribe stands out as a powerful tool that modernizes the way court reporting and transcription services are delivered.

What is Liberty Court Recorder?

The Liberty Digital Court Recorder is an advanced application designed for audio and video recording that functions on standard PCs equipped with the Windows operating system. This cutting-edge tool enables users to capture and playback multiple audio and video channels at the same time. Furthermore, it offers features like bookmarks and the capability to add text notes, facilitating easy retrieval of specific points in the recordings and allowing for direct text incorporation into the files. In contrast to older systems that depend on analog tapes, the Liberty Recorder captures audio and optional video directly onto a PC's hard drive, whether it is located on-site or accessible via a remote server in a network configuration. After a recording session is completed, users can save the content as a PDF, which includes integrated notes, cue points, and all media collected during the recording process. In addition, the recorded material can be transcribed or moved to other compatible storage solutions, making it easy to share files across the network just like any standard file type, thus improving accessibility and adaptability for users. This streamlined approach to managing and sharing recordings solidifies the Liberty Digital Court Recorder as a vital resource for legal professionals who require efficient documentation and retrieval of critical information. With its user-friendly interface and robust functionality, it stands out as a key asset in modern legal practices.
