What is Cogram?

Cogram is an AI-native project management and automation platform created for architecture, engineering, and construction organizations. The platform is designed to replace fragmented administrative workflows with integrated AI tools that work across project documents, communications, meetings, field activity, and contract administration. Its AEC-specific Agent can answer project questions, analyze documents, and help teams retrieve information from active project records. Cogram's Email Management capabilities automatically organize project correspondence and make messages easier to search across project histories. The RFIs and Submittals module supports logging and review workflows and integrates with Procore for teams already using it for project management. Meeting Minutes can automatically capture and structure information from virtual or in-person meetings using templates supplied by the organization. Field Reports allow users to dictate observations, add photographs, and generate standardized reports without manually compiling each document. Cogram connects with systems including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Procore, Deltek, Unanet, Autodesk, Zoom, and Google Meet so firms can continue working within their existing technology stack. The platform is also designed to output information into company-specific templates and support deployment models that reflect organizational data and security requirements. Cogram states that it is SOC 2 Type II certified, GDPR compliant, and does not train AI models on customer data. Cogram is designed for architects, engineers, consultants, and construction professionals that want to automate project administration while improving consistency, searchability, and reuse of project knowledge.
