Really strong tool for a nationwide business like ours. It makes it easy to keep email signatures consistent, up to date, and aligned with current campaigns across the whole team. Huge time saver compared to chasing individuals to update their signatures manually. Once set up, it gives confidence that the brand is being represented correctly in every email.

The main challenge is managing multiple variations across branches. Each location needs its own signature due to different contact details, so when updating something like an image, it often has to be done individually across each version. It would be ideal to have a more efficient way to update a master asset and have it apply across all variations automatically.
