What is Cenntrax?

Cenntrax is a web-based logistics management platform created for courier, delivery, and transportation teams that need a secure and compliance-focused TMS. It centralizes dispatch, load management, customer records, carrier management, invoicing, payments, route planning, tracking, and driver communication in one system. The platform is built around three connected products: an agent dashboard for dispatchers and admins, a client portal for customers, and a mobile driver app for delivery teams. The agent dashboard gives operations teams tools to create, edit, dispatch, finalize, and import loads while managing customers, carriers, price plans, zones, surcharges, taxes, vehicle types, and delivery conditions. The client portal allows customers to track shipments, review order queries, manage inbound deliveries, view route lists, scan or cancel barcodes, and get more visibility without relying on support calls. The driver app supports iOS and Android users with barcode and QR code scanning, GPS tracking, route maps, electronic signature capture, photo uploads, OTP-based secure login, and real-time delivery updates. Cenntrax also includes accounting and invoicing tools for invoice generation, payment processing, deposit batches, carrier settlements, and GL record searches. Its dispatch and routing features include auto-dispatch, dispatch boards, dispatch zones, distance calculations, address autocomplete, and route visualization. Each customer receives a dedicated AWS-based cloud environment with private data storage, daily backups, custom configuration, and company-specific branding. Cenntrax offers plans for small teams, growing businesses, and large regulated operations, with options for APIs, advanced workflow automation, SSO, enhanced compliance, white labeling, and senior engineer support.
