We have introduced the sought-after "Pay Now" button for invoices sent via email, enabling your customers to conveniently pay through Credit Card and ACH. Upon payment receipt, the Accounts Receivable will be updated automatically, leading to a streamlined process that saves an average of 3-5 minutes per transaction. This time efficiency means that completing just six transactions in a month can lead to a total savings of 8 hours! Our discussions with customers revealed that many were dedicating excessive time to manually inputting credit card and ACH payment details into their systems, while also facing inadequate support and frustrating blame from credit card companies. To address these challenges, we developed integrated processing within our software and took on the role of our own merchant processor.
