The default retention period for these records is seven years. InStaff is compatible with any payroll system that produces PDF paystubs, including but not limited to Sage 300, Sage 300 CRE, Sage 50, Sage 100, QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Viewpoint Vista, Viewpoint Spectrum, Deltek Costpoint, Foundation, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
