Self-Managed Operations lets the customer coordinate its own teams and providers through Oprivia. Supported Operations adds agreed case coordination, deadline monitoring, and escalation support. Portfolio Management covers cross-property coordination, governance, and reporting for the units included in the proposal. Implementation begins with the current process, participating roles, required information, and intended outcome. Oprivia can operate independently, so a defined workflow can be piloted without first completing an integration project. The scope can later extend to more properties, locations, teams, or case types. Setup, training, migration, interfaces, custom extensions, third-party services, and additional coordination are assessed and agreed separately. Oprivia complements the existing hospitality stack. Distribution, reservations, availability, rates, revenue management, payments, bookkeeping, and on-site delivery remain outside the standard platform scope.
