Mentoring and coaching program software for organizations that need their programs to hold together and to show a result. Used by universities and alumni offices, corporate learning and development teams, startup accelerators, professional associations and NGOs across Europe, North America and Türkiye. Matching is explicit: weighted criteria set by the program, mandatory rules that exclude pairs outright, and administrator review before anything is approved. Group programs and open mentor pools are supported alongside one-to-one. Scheduling runs on mentor availability, with booking, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet sync, and automatic reminders around every session. Reporting is the part most programs lack. A health score tracks participation, meeting frequency and completion against each program's own targets and flags the programs drifting while there is still time to act on them. Surveys and forms can run at any point in the cycle, and certificates are issued automatically on completion. Free for up to 10 users, with no expiry and every feature enabled. Paid plans start at $289 per month, scale by participant count, and carry a 50% discount for universities, schools and student programs.

kama.ai is a Responsible AI Agent platform that provides organizations with a more accurate, accountable, and safe way to use AI. It supports training, compliance guidance, internal support, customer service, and specialized community needs. Unlike generic GenAI tools that create answers probabilistically, kama.ai combines deterministic Knowledge Graph AI with governed Generative AI and Trusted Collections. Trusted Collections is a RAG-based technology that helps reduce hallucinations on the generative side while giving AI Agents a reliable source of approved, accurate, and brand-safe information. This solution is a composite technology, specifically called GenAI’s Sober Second Mind™. In this case the sober element is the deterministic AI which guides and orchestrates the AI Agents to ensure hallucinations, and information sourced from nefarious sites, does NOT creep into your data or answers. kama.ai is designed for situations where answers need to be accurate, traceable, brand-safe, and aligned with approved source material. Human experts and Knowledge Managers can curate content, review AI-generated drafts, manage knowledge domains, and improve responses over time. This creates a governed-in-advance approach to AI, instead of relying on corrections after something has already gone wrong. kama.ai is especially well suited for knowledge-heavy organizations, training programs, compliance environments, Indigenous and community-focused initiatives, HR support, education, research, and other use cases where trusted and brand-safe information matters. By focusing on Responsible AI use and delivery, kama.ai helps organizations adopt AI more readily. This improves access to knowledge, reduces repetitive workloads, and provides more consistent support to the people who rely on their expertise. Think kama.ai for trusted AI, governed knowledge, and answers your organization is willing to stand behind.

Numa is the AI Customer Operations System purpose-built for dealerships that are losing revenue and customers to broken processes they've been patching for years. Every day, service calls go unanswered, advisors are buried fielding "where's my car?" instead of selling work, and managers don't hear about unhappy customers until the bad review is already live. Numa solves this at the infrastructure level, automatically following up with customers and giving advisors, reps, and managers real-time visibility into customer satisfaction across the entire operation. Operator answers and routes every inbound call so no opportunity goes dark. Status Updates proactively contacts customers so advisors aren't drowning in callbacks. Voice AI books appointments on the spot so customers never sit waiting. LiveCSI surfaces heat cases in real time so managers can step in before a CSI score takes the hit. Opportunities reaches out on declined services, open recalls, and equity moments, recovering revenue that would otherwise sit untouched. All of it runs through one unified system: one inbox, one shared context, nothing falling through the cracks. The result: revenue recovered, advisors freed up, and a customer experience that lifts CSI and builds lasting loyalty.
