What is Postfix?

AXSMarine’s Postfix stands out as a cutting-edge AI-enhanced plugin for Outlook 365, coupled with a robust document management system tailored to the complex post-fixture phase of maritime chartering. Once a fixture is confirmed, Postfix adeptly pulls, standardizes, and organizes fixture-related data from an array of communications and documents, such as recaps, charter party agreements, port logs, and other relevant correspondence, transforming scattered interactions into a well-structured and easily accessible database. The Outlook plugin allows users to securely store communications within a customizable environment called AXSDrive, while preserving familiar folder structures for user convenience. Furthermore, the solution incorporates intelligent forms and business intelligence dashboards that provide insightful analytics through key performance indicators, filters like broker or commodity, and advanced analytical tools to boost operational clarity and facilitate well-informed strategic choices. It also includes features for compliance workflows, audit trails, and seamless API integrations with larger systems, which collectively enhance the efficiency and simplification of post-fixture workflows, ensuring that operations in maritime chartering remain both effective and streamlined. By offering this comprehensive solution, Postfix enables users to concentrate on critical aspects that promote success in their maritime endeavors, ultimately fostering an environment where informed decisions can thrive. This innovation not only improves productivity but also transforms the way maritime professionals manage their post-fixture operations.

What is LMX?

LMX is a Windows application tailored for the programming and management of stage lighting, featuring a distinctive combination of graphical and command-line interfaces. It includes functionalities such as tracked cue lists, palettes, presets, effects, and a built-in 3D visualizer that enhances user control over lighting setups. The software is compatible with multiple output protocols like Art-Net, sACN (E1.31), and FT232R USB-DMX, making it adaptable to various lighting configurations. Users can efficiently set up their rigs with GDTF import options and a specialized fixture editor, while interactive playback is simplified through MIDI mapping and browser remote capabilities. Additionally, it supports multi-track audio, providing users with the ability to effectively manage and control waveform playback. Registered beta users benefit from a free beta license, but the Microsoft Store notes that those without a license are limited to using six fixtures in Demo Mode. After the beta period concludes, the expected Pro pricing will be £299 for a one-time purchase or £19 per month, although these fees may change. Moreover, LMX's adaptability and comprehensive feature set make it a highly attractive option for lighting designers at all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned professionals. Its user-friendly interface and advanced tools promise to streamline the lighting design process significantly.
