You have at your disposal barcodes, QR codes, images, standard symbols, and a plethora of formatting tools and features. Switching between different templates for invoices, packing slips, labels, and return labels is a hassle-free experience. The Printout Designer takes your order fulfillment to the next level, as it allows you to generate invoices, picking slips, and labels in just seconds. Additionally, the ability to batch print, download, or email all your printouts is extremely user-friendly, requiring only a few clicks to accomplish any task. What is Accura Sales Order?

Oversees the management of customer orders and the creation of invoices. The order management system facilitates invoice generation through both manual input and a specialized automated or manual fulfillment method. Items in inventory can be allocated either at the moment the order is made or during the fulfillment phase. The order entry system is designed to handle complex processing needs, such as cross-referencing customer items, which allows for the use of customer-specific part numbers during order entry, alongside calculations for commissions and pricing according to flexible rules. It also accommodates item-specific discounts and drop shipping options, among a variety of other features. Moreover, if any orders are shipped partially, the system automatically generates back orders. Invoices are created automatically when products are shipped or services are provided, but it is also possible to issue independent invoices that are not tied to sales orders.
