What is Polinode?

Polinode helps enterprises see how work actually flows through their organization. Once your data is in, Polinode handles networks of 50,000 nodes and 250,000 edges with fluid interactive graphs, configurable layouts, and over 30 network metrics built in: centrality, betweenness, brokerage, community detection, and more. No coding, no R, no Python required. The AI Networks Chat is where things get interesting. Ask a question in plain English — "who are the bridges between Engineering and Sales?" or "find isolates at risk of disengagement" — and our agentic AI runs the metrics, traces the paths, and explains what it found.
