Rilk was built by people who resell refurbished electronics, for the problem generic inventory tools skip: the same model is not the same unit. Every phone, laptop or console carries its own serial or IMEI, its own grade, its own cost and its own sale.
Rilk tracks each unit from the purchase order it arrived on, through receiving, grading and any regrading, into the bin it sits in, onto the order it shipped on and against the payout it settled in. When a return comes back, the unit is received, graded again and either restocked or sent for repair, with its history intact.

All orders from these channels are organized in one unified queue, complete with the respective order numbers, ship-by dates, and buyer shipping methods. You can ship orders directly, and tracking information is sent back to the original channel.
