What is Seesa?

Seesa operates as an AI assistant and agent platform, which is implemented and managed by Pentatonic on the appropriate hardware located within client facilities. It connects with a variety of email, calendar, document, spreadsheet, and messaging systems, seamlessly merging data into a unified company memory while ensuring personalized access controls for each user. Individuals can ask questions in natural language, receiving answers that are based on company documents, complete with citations for reference. Furthermore, Seesa creates meeting briefs, summaries, follow-ups, and established workflows for users to review and utilize. Teams have the flexibility to configure Seesa's capabilities and set up necessary approval workflows. The standard implementation process includes hardware installation, a mutually agreed history import, supported integrations, and permission settings, all coordinated by Pentatonic for the installations provided. This platform is specifically designed for organizations that depend on internal documentation for research, collaboration, and daily operations, while guaranteeing that models, memory, and agent functionalities remain within the confines of the company. By keeping its operations under control, Seesa empowers organizations to make the most of their existing resources and enhances overall efficiency. Ultimately, this fosters a more productive environment where teams can work collaboratively and effectively.

What is Microsoft Autopilot?

Microsoft Autopilot is a long-running AI agent in Microsoft Copilot built to handle persistent, recurring, and proactive work across an organization. The product was previously called Scout and is positioned by Microsoft as a digital teammate that can continue operating without waiting for a prompt at every stage. Users can assign Autopilot a name, role, goal, and operating boundaries, after which it can monitor activity, follow up on threads, run recurring work, and resume projects over extended periods. One example provided by Microsoft is a supplier review process in which Autopilot can create the schedule and workback plan, prepare for meetings, manage follow-ups, and contact stakeholders for updates. Autopilot is cloud-hosted, so its work can continue while users are offline or focused elsewhere. Each Autopilot instance lives within the organization’s tenant and has its own identity, memory, computer, and workspace. It is built on Microsoft IQ, which connects enterprise knowledge, data, and workflows to provide context for the agent’s actions. Autopilot can surface across Microsoft 365 experiences including Teams, Outlook, chats, channels, and documents, where users can interact with it similarly to a colleague. The service is governed through organizational permissions, audit controls, and policy boundaries so companies can define what the agent is allowed to access and execute. Microsoft positions Autopilot alongside Cowork and Code as one of Copilot’s long-running agentic capabilities, with usage-based billing applied to this type of work. As announced on September 25, 2026, Autopilot was expanding to private preview at the end of September.
