Services for marketing vacancies include processing online rental applications, conducting tenant screenings with credit and background checks, and managing rent collection. Tenants have several convenient payment options available: - Cash payments at any MoneyGram location, such as Walmart or CVS - Direct payments from their bank accounts - Payments via credit or debit cards Rent can be collected on a monthly basis or twice a month.
