When logging their hours, employees are required to select their earnings code in addition to either a project ID or project description. After the time entries receive approval, they can be easily imported into Sage 100 via the S2 Project Accounting™ module. The system features two distinct interfaces: the Employee User Interface, which enables users to access the system online and log their hours for specific projects, and the Administration User Interface, which grants the System Administrator the ability to manage user passwords and assist with login issues. Each employee is provided with a unique User Name and Password to ensure secure access to the system.
