Troopd vs. ClickUp Super Agents

Most contact centers are stitched together from tools that don't talk to each other — a phone system here, a chatbot there, a support queue that loses context the moment it changes hands. Dialpad Contact Center replaces that patchwork with one AI-native platform where voice, digital, and human agents work from the same intelligence. The difference is agentic action. Rather than summarizing a call after the fact, Dialpad's AI agents reason through the issue in real time and carry it to resolution on their own — no handoff required unless one actually adds value. Voice and data stop living in separate silos, so every channel feeds the same connected picture of the customer. That connected picture gets smarter with use. Dialpad is already past 775 million AI recaps, and every conversation adds to a base of intelligence that keeps improving resolution speed, agent output, and customer satisfaction over time. It's all run through Dialpad's Guardian layer, which keeps AI behavior secure, auditable, and within the boundaries enterprises expect. The result: up to 80% of tickets resolved without a person touching them, and a support team that spends its time on the cases that actually need human judgment — intelligence doing the routine work, people handling what matters. Skeptical an AI contact center can deliver on that? Dialpad's Proving Ground lets you pilot and measure real ROI before you commit, rather than adopting on promises alone.

AI coding tools have fundamentally changed how software gets built. Developers are shipping more code, faster, with less friction than ever before. But the organizations benefiting most from AI-accelerated development are running into the same wall: quality hasn't kept pace. More code means more surface area for bugs. More PRs means more review burden on senior engineers. More releases means more chances for regressions to reach customers. The bottleneck has moved from writing code to verifying it, and verification is still largely manual. Checksum is a continuous quality platform built for this reality. Its suite of AI agents autonomously generates, runs, and maintains tests across every layer of the software development lifecycle: end-to-end UI flows, API endpoint coverage, and PR-level CI validation, so engineering teams can move fast without sacrificing reliability. What sets Checksum apart: it doesn't wait for instructions. It works as a background agent, continuously monitoring your codebase, generating tests for what matters, and repairing broken tests as the product evolves. Seventy percent of test failures resolve automatically, eliminating the maintenance burden that causes most test suites to decay and get abandoned. Every test Checksum produces is real, Playwright code you own, submitted as a PR to your repository. No vendor lock-in. Teams keep full control. Checksum is fine-tuned on 1.5+ million test runs and integrates natively with Cursor, Claude Code, and 100+ AI coding agents via /checksum slash commands. Testing happens before code review, not after. Generation and healing run on Checksum's cloud, consuming no LLM tokens or local resources. The bottom line: Checksum gives engineering teams the confidence to ship at the speed AI makes possible.

StackAI is an enterprise AI automation platform built to help organizations create end-to-end internal tools and processes with AI agents. Unlike point solutions or one-off chatbots, StackAI provides a single platform where enterprises can design, deploy, and govern AI workflows in a secure, compliant, and fully controlled environment. Using its visual workflow builder, teams can map entire processes — from data intake and enrichment to decision-making, reporting, and audit trails. Enterprise knowledge bases such as SharePoint, Confluence, Notion, Google Drive, and internal databases can be connected directly, with features for version control, citations, and permissioning to keep information reliable and protected. AI agents can be deployed in multiple ways: as a chat assistant embedded in daily workflows, an advanced form for structured document-heavy tasks, or an API endpoint connected into existing tools. StackAI integrates natively with Slack, Teams, Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceNow, Airtable, and more. Security and compliance are embedded at every layer. The platform supports SSO (Okta, Azure AD, Google), role-based access control, audit logs, data residency, and PII masking. Enterprises can monitor usage, apply cost controls, and test workflows with guardrails and evaluations before production. StackAI also offers flexible model routing, enabling teams to choose between OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or local LLMs, with advanced settings to fine-tune parameters and ensure consistent, accurate outputs. A growing template library speeds deployment with pre-built solutions for Contract Analysis, Support Desk Automation, RFP Response, Investment Memo Generation, and InfoSec Questionnaires. By replacing fragmented processes with secure, AI-driven workflows, StackAI helps enterprises cut manual work, accelerate decision-making, and empower non-technical teams to build automation that scales across the organization.
